Integrated Baler Wrapper Combination
Kverneland FlexiWrap is renowned for their excellent bale density and tight bales and with the new generation FlexiWrap, Kverneland’s proven concept is even better, with new features for optimized productivity. Kverneland FlexiWrap is fitted with the new PowerBind net wrap system and Intelligent Density 3D software. Kverneland FlexiWrap simply offers you the best solution for baling and wrapping in one go.

The Kverneland FlexiWrap incorporates the all-new 6716 or 6720 variable chamber balers with a twin satellite wrapper, all firmly mounted onto a strong and durable chassis with tandem axles. Bale diameters from 0.60m up to 1.65/2.00 are available.

New Net Wrapping – Simplified – Higher Speed
The Kverneland FlexiWrap comes with the new patented Kverneland PowerBind net wrap system. This completely redesigned system has been simplified in a number of ways enabling a significant reduction in elements needed, with feed rollers having been completely eliminated. Additionally PowerBind provides one of the fastest net wrap actions available. This means minimum downtime and maximum time baling.

The net is fed directly into the bale chamber by an injection arm in a flat movement angle to keep the net tight at all times providing accurate and extremely reliable net injection. In addition there is absolutely no interference from external factors such as wind and crop.

Intelligent Density 3D – New Operator Experience
With the new Intelligent Density 3D application, three pre-configured bale densities are available from the menu of the control box, each of them tailored for straw, hay or silage. It makes the change-over from different crop material much easier, limiting the risk of mistakes. It is however still possible to customize the bale density in 3 separate zones, each with a choice of diameter and pressure to match specific requests.
